Our experienced instructors guide you through every step, ensuring you feel confident as you climb, invert, and flow. Whether your goal is fitness, artistry, or self-expression, aerial training offers a fun and challenging way to unlock new possibilities.

We offer silks, lyra, and hammock classes of all levels from intro to longer sequence classes. At JVDF, We recommend you always start with intro and then branch into other aerial classes once you’ve attained your fundamental skills. Everyone moves at their own pace there is no set time line for any one individual!
