POLE DANCE CLASSES

Pole dancing is more than a workout—it’s a powerful blend of movement, strength training, and self-expression. In our classes, you’ll:

Our instructors make sure you feel safe, empowered, and challenged while having fun. Whether you’re here for fitness, artistry, or personal empowerment, pole dancing will leave you feeling stronger inside and out.

We offer classes of all levels for static, spinning, exotic/heels, choreography. At JVDF, We recommend you always start with intro to pole on static, and then branch into other pole classes once you’ve attained your fundamental skills. Everyone moves at their own pace there is no set time line for any one individual!
