Handstands and cartwheels and walkovers, again! Join us for round 2 of Jagged’s handstand series, facilitated by our very own gymnasts-turned-aerialists Jen Carr and Talisa Tuman. In this series, you can:
Conquer your fears of being upside-down (we’ll teach you how to bail safely!)
Build endurance, strength, and control (on and off the wall!)
Create cool shapes (on your hands, head, arms, and even on canes!)
Take your skills even further, whether you're a beginner or advanced!
We’ll cater to all levels and get you closer to your handstand goals so even if you missed round 1, not to worry! We got you. And yes, we have a tumble track ;)
